FREE SHIPPING on all items sold with a cart value of $25!

Low flat rate WORLDWIDE shipping fee of 2.96 $CAD for each item shipped!

Processing time - For items not shipped from the US, please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and to add this processing time to your shipping estimates. It is possible that we experience some delays during peak times.

Shipping time from the USA - Once shipped, your order will arrive within 1 to 3 business weeks, delays can be expected depending on the speed of customs clearances and peak season

Shipping time from China - Once shipped, DUE TO COVID-19, your order will arrive within 4 to 10 business weeks, delays can be expected depending on the speed of customs clearances and peak season.

Tracking your order- Once your order has been marked as shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking code. You can track your order by logging into your account, under order status there will be a tracking section where you will be able to copy in your code to track your order.

Where is my order coming from - We have fulfillment centers in North America however and China. The main fulfillment center is located in China in order to pass on the most value to our customers.

Customs and duty fees - We are confident that there will be no custom/duty fees and taxes charged upon delivery. However, we are not responsible for any fees charged should there be any. It's the buyer's responsibility to pay the balance.

Multiple Parcels –Depending on the items and quantities ordered, your order may be shipped with multiple parcels in order to get you your individual items faster. 

Wrong Address - We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation. We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer
