Sizing
See sizing chart in the photos. When in doubt, go a size up! Please keep in mind that these items are made small. Make sure to follow the sizing chart and allow for 1-2 cm measurement gaps if this is your first purchase. If close to the upper measurement limits in either category, consider choosing the next size up to ensure proper fit.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns on dog wear due to sizing issues to prevent the spread of pests such as ticks and fleas. Please ensure to take accurate measurements of your dog before purchasing. When in doubt go a size up!

Processing time - For all items not shipped from the US, please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and to add this processing time to your shipping estimates. It is possible that we experience some delays during peak times.
Shipping time - Once shipped, DUE TO COVID-19 your order will arrive within 4 to 10 business weeks, delays can be expected depending on the speed of customs clearances and peak season.
Tracking your order- Once your order has been marked as shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking code. You can track your order by logging into your account, under order status there will be a tracking section where you will be able to copy in your code to track your order.
